Square Mile quiz night a great success

31 teams gathered at The Gable in the heart of the City on 12 September 2017 for the annual Square Mile Charity Quiz, competing for the Woodburn Cup. James Crossley once again proved to be the master of all quiz masters and a very generous cast of quizzers raised a wonderful £17,115.53 in total. Thank you to all participants and the auction and raffle prize donators for their amazing generosity.

Congratulations to the winners, Janus Henderson, Investec in 2nd place and Financial Express 3rd. Legg Mason “won” the wooden spoon. The real winners were the charities – with £15624.14 raised for CASCAID for Cancer Research UK, £1391.38 for MacMillan Cancer Support and £100 for Footsteps Foundation.
