500k for Charles Davies

Investec Asset Management’s Charles has a 500k challenge. First up, a 100k ski in a day (along with Helen Wagstaff). That’s a tough ask, first to last lift, non-stop. Talk about jelly legs. But they did it.

The crazy fool then rowed 100k on a Concept 2 rowing machine in a single day. To let us all join in the fun, he did this in Investec’s reception. It was an amazing day for all involved, and just incredible that Charles was on that machine for not far off 9 hours.

Charles also completed a 100k cycle sportive, then ran 10k a day for 10 consecutive days, then a 100k swim on consecutive days.
