Farquhar’s Thames battle

Square Mile’s Jamie took on the Thames in style in early August. He swam 14k in the Henley to Marlow Thames Marathon. He reports that the weather was glorious and the water temperature just right. He finished the race in a staggering 3 hours 56 minutes, with very tired arms.
