Please use the form below to select the sports you would like to participate in and provide the name(s) of the team member for each event. If you do not know the name of the team member at the moment, please put TBC and we can update this nearer the time. As a reminder, teams should be gender-diverse and any non-gender-diverse teams will incur a charity fine. If you have any questions about the event, please email emma.brown@mipagency.com.

Team registration has now closed. If you have not selected your sports, you will be randomly entered into 7 events and a confirmation email will be sent later this week. If you have any questions please email emma.brown@mipagency.com.
